To continue improving my abilities as a Yoga teacher, I must be able to make time to objectively consider my own work, and to make time to learn from other teachers.
Even if I’m a very proficient Yoga teacher I have some weak points, and I should be aware of what those are.
I must strive to be very conscious of my strengths and weaknesses.
The minute I cannot perceive my weaknesses, I will halt the possibility of my growth.
I should closely watch other teachers teaching class. Even if their skills are not better than mine, there will always be some good points to their work.
Learning from meeting and watching other teachers can clearly help me develop new approaches to teaching, and new practical skills.
~ Those sort of considerations are within the essence of all my self-study, and my Hot Yoga teacher training get-togethers, like ‘The Game Changers‘ and the ‘Going Pro!’
