Notes on teaching asana classes

The Game Changers, 2012

If the entire material I am presenting is INSTRUCTION, my class will be lame, exhausting and not well-attended.

However, if I am willing and able to take chances on humor, having some fun, developing an interesting teaching personality…

If I am able to make time to address the benefits, other relevant information that my students may find interesting…

If I am willing to be vulnerable and take chances on whether they will well-receive or NOT receive something I say from the heart -

now I am onto something BIG!

My classes will flourish, and importantly, I will nicely develop as teacher, and hopefully as a better and happier person, too!

Wow i just watched the video on your website – looks exactly what i am after. the trouble is i live miles away! All the way in the south, Rawai.. I was wondering – do you have any friends who are the same wave length in terms of the yoga style you do? I do hot yoga at kata which is straight up bikram and the only other things i have been able to find are hatha and ashtanga. I want a vinyassa/power yoga class which differs from day to day as well. If you do have any friends who might teach this or know about it in the south i would be eternally grateful!

thanks and all the best for your school.
