The Game Changers 2012
My Hot Yoga Teacher Training, called ‘The Game Changers’ is focused not only on technical considerations. It works for teachers from any style of hot yoga, bikram, absolute, barkan method, moksha… For other styles of Hatha Yoga, too!
It is designed to help you increase creative self-expression, kindness and compassion. This will bring you and others much happiness!
